KJV Bibles
KJV Bibles was one of the first websites I ever designed a young professional just starting my career.
While there are things I definitely would change now, I learned a lot, as the project was not just revamping an old, outdated website, but basically an entire rebrand.
Growth Points
- One of the first websites I ever designed
- Learned how to use Adobe XD
- Gained familiarity with web development, specifically WordPress and Elementor
- Explored brand design and marketing

Ideation
The old site needed not only a new look, but one that would incorporate more than just simple e-commerce.
The new site would not only be a marketplace for KJV Bibles, but also feature a Bible reader, blog, KJV resources, and more.
I drew inspiration from other sites and visuals provided by the marketing time to form concepts emphasizing the antique timelessness of KJV Bibles.
The Rebrand
The scope of this project included creating some form of branding, so I designed a new logo, chose brand colors and fonts, and developed a visual language for marketing collateral that I created for social media and ads.
I put together some minimal brand guidelines to reference for later designers.

The New Site
Besides the ecommerce functionality of selling Bibles, the new site also has a blog, resources on the KJV, and a internal Bible reader.
